Osborne Property Management & Holiday Rentals offers to the property owners security and peace of mind by handling all aspects of letting with a very personal range of services which are designed to cover all requirements and eventualities in the letting, management and maintenance of villas and apartments for holidays.

Charges

There is no charge for featuring your property on our web site and we only charge you as and when we rent holidays. Commission on bookings are only £15 to £45 per week’s rental. Our revenue comes from cleaning and managing your property, and by selling holiday services.

Security

Our professional and friendly team will help you make the most of your property investment and rental services with the security of knowing that the administration of your bookings is in good hands and all monies are transferred to you directly via the customer. Thus we do not handle the payment, unless stated by you for us to do so on your behalf.
