The apartment is air conditioned and comprises:

• a master bedroom with en–suite bathroom;
• a twin bedroom with shower cubicle;
• three swimming pools and three children’s pools, with a lifeguard on duty in the summer months;
• two tennis courts;
• lush, tropical, landscaped gardens;
• a fully fitted Danish kitchen with all modern appliances:
  • oven and hob;
  • dishwasher;
  • fridge freezer;
  • microwave;
  • toaster;
  • kettle;
  • juicer;
  • coffee machine.

Linen and towels are included, but not beach or pool towels.

Pets are not permitted in the apartment, and we would ask guests not to smoke in the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.

Fuengirola, with all its nightlife and wonderful beaches, is approximately 10–15 minutes’ drive.

You can hire the following at a small extra charge. These do need to be pre–booked:

• additional beds — €55;
• high chairs — €25;
• cots — €25.

We are flexible on the rental period and are happy to offer mid–week bookings for guests who want to take advantage of cheaper mid–week flights.

A non–refundable deposit of £100 is required, as well as fully–refundable security and damages deposits of £200 each.
